How do I add someone?

Tap the + button, give them a name, choose their time zone, and set the hours they're available in their local time. Repeat for everyone you want to meet with.

How is the “best time” calculated?

TimeOverlap lines up everyone's available hours on a shared timeline and finds the longest continuous window where every person is free. That window is shown as the best time to meet.

Does it handle daylight saving time?

Yes. All calculations use real calendar dates, so daylight saving transitions and each region's current offset are always accounted for correctly.

Can I see times in someone else's zone?

Absolutely. Tap “Change” to anchor the whole schedule to any participant's city — the timeline and best-time window re-draw in that local time.

What if there's no overlap?

TimeOverlap will tell you when schedules don't line up on a single day, so you can adjust someone's hours to find a workable window.

Where is my data stored?

Entirely on your device. There are no accounts and nothing is sent anywhere — see our Privacy Policy.

Is it a subscription?

No. TimeOverlap is a single one-time purchase with no ads and no in-app purchases.
