Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Super Flashlight application ("App") operated by Tools4Magic ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple device that you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Use the strobe or flashing features in a manner that could cause harm to others

4. Safety Warnings

Important: Please be aware of the following safety considerations:

• Photosensitive Epilepsy: The strobe, disco, and police light modes feature flashing lights that may trigger seizures in people with photosensitive epilepsy. Do not use these features around individuals who may be affected.
• Eye Safety: Do not shine the flashlight directly into eyes. Extended exposure to bright light can cause discomfort or temporary vision impairment.
• Emergency Use: While the SOS feature can signal distress, this app should not be your only means of emergency communication.
• Legal Use: The police lights feature is for entertainment purposes only. Using lights that imitate emergency vehicles may be illegal in your jurisdiction.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the App
• Any physical harm or property damage resulting from use of the App

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tools4Magic and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App developer is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
