Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Magic Tools ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple device that you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

3. Description of Service

Magic Tools provides utility tools (compass, level, ruler, metal detector, etc.) using your device's built-in sensors. The App is designed for general consumer use and is provided "as is."

4. Accuracy Disclaimer

The measurements and readings provided by the App are approximations based on device sensor data. They should not be relied upon for:

• Medical diagnosis or treatment (Heart Rate tool is not a medical device)
• Professional surveying, construction, or engineering
• Navigation in hazardous conditions
• Any situation where inaccurate measurements could cause harm

Always use professional-grade instruments when accuracy is critical.

5. In-App Purchases

The App includes 10 free tools and offers an optional premium upgrade to unlock 10 additional magic tools. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policies. We do not process payments directly.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and functionality of the App are owned by Tools4Magic and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the strobe/flashlight feature in a manner that could cause harm to others

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tools4Magic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles.
